An average parcel contains 40 percent air. Fit Things thought it could do better than that! That is why the company teamed up with Comate two years ago for the development of the ‘Slimbox’, a compact packaging machine enabling SMEs to make customized boxes. Fit Things is a family owned business, founded by father Rik Roose and sons Philip and Kristof. The Slimbox idea matured in the former family printing business in Dendermonde.

Comate was responsible for the complete engineering and styling of the device. Fit Things is already thinking about developing a Pro version of the Slimbox in the future. Maybe a new challenge for Comate?
