Movu Robotics Onboard controller for warehouse robots

Movu needed a next-generation Onboard Controller for their warehouse robots to replace existing bulky, costly solutions. The new design had to be compact, reliable, and cost-efficient. The project required new PCBs, a custom enclosure, embedded software, and production tooling. It also needed to meet strict cost targets, prepare for compliance, and include a complete End-Of-Line testing framework.

Comate delivered a fully integrated hardware platform. We developed the PCBs, designed and validated the hardware and software, set up production tooling, defined COGS with BOM and assembly cost analysis, and ensured reliability through a dedicated testing framework. Through close collaboration and prototype iterations, we achieved a technically robust, cost-effective solution now in mass production since summer 2025.
