Blockchain technology is booming, but its adoption is hindered by frequent crypto thefts and security breaches. Existing hardware wallets often expose private keys to online threats, making them vulnerable to hacks. NGRAVE needed a truly secure, offline solution—one that could generate and store keys without ever connecting to the internet, while remaining user-friendly and robust.

We co-developed the ZERO: a fully air-gapped crypto hardware wallet with integrated camera and fingerprint scanner. Comate engineered a tamper-proof casing using Zamak alloy, optimized for shock resistance and durability. Through iterative prototyping and close collaboration, the team delivered a high-performance device that meets the highest security standards (EAL7 certified) and sets a new benchmark in blockchain protection.
