Challenge

Netalux identified that existing laser cleaning machines were not designed with users in mind: they were ergonomically poor, often forcing operators into physically exhausting positions such as lying on their backs for hours, and they required manual, time-consuming lens changes that slowed down work and exposed the system to dust.

Solution

Together, we developed Needle, a user-focused laser cleaning machine with a rotatable 115° laser head, ergonomic dual handles, and a push-button lens replacement system protected from dust. Added innovations like a vibrating mirror system that shapes the laser beam for faster large-surface cleaning make it both highly efficient and safer for operators.
