Onward Medical Implantable pulse generator for patients with spinal cord injury
Challenge
Onward Medical wanted to restore movement, function, and independence for patients with spinal cord injuries.
Solution
Together, we developed a spinal cord stimulation system designed to improve bladder control, blood pressure regulation and restore movement. The implant has 16 channels, uses multipolar stimulation, and allows wireless charging. The first implantation was done in May 2022.
Life-changing impact
