What happens if you decide to apply for one of our jobs? The whole process contains five steps. In each step, we'll get to know each other better.
Our recruitment team will answer you as soon as possible: we will review your CV and when we see a match, we will contact you for a first interview. If we don't have a relevant job opportunity right now, we will let you know as soon as possible, and we will add your CV to our database for future contact purposes.
In this phase, we organize a couple of interviews, sometimes through phone or Skype. Afterwards, we arrange a meeting of one hour with one of our HR people. If there is still a match, we will schedule a more technical interview with one of our project engineers. During this meeting, you will be able to demonstrate your technical know-how and creativity.
Once you have participated in all of these meetings, we will evaluate the whole process and decide if we will offer you the job. If this is the case, we will send you a proposal, which we will discuss with you over the phone. If it is not, we will let you know why and are always willing to provide more information.
We love to celebrate your start at Comate and to welcome you as one of our colleagues. If possible, we'll invite you to our office to go over the contract and answer all your remaining questions and give an overview of what you can expect during your first weeks here.
